Meet Lela Stovall

I am Lela Stovall, MA, LLPC — a licensed mental health therapist, entrepreneur, and wealth mentor with over 12 years of experience. I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Wayne State University and hold certifications in trauma-informed care, substance use counseling, gerontology, and life coaching.

In my clinical practice, I specialize in supporting women and entrepreneurs navigating major depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also lead group sessions that focus on depression, social isolation, and anxiety, guiding individuals to find confidence, clarity, and balance.

Beyond therapy, I am the founder of Wellthy Mindset, a personal development and entrepreneurial coaching brand designed to help Black entrepreneurs — especially those over 50 — reset, rebuild, and rise in both wealth and well-being. I bring together my mental health expertise and 25+ years as a business owner to show that true success is only sustainable when the mind is well.

As a speaker, mentor, and author of Find Your Happy, I inspire audiences by weaving together personal resilience, therapeutic insight, and real-world strategies. Over the past five years, I’ve designed and served more than 10,000 clients through events, rentals, and workshops, while also empowering professionals to create sustainable businesses and lives of luxury.

When I’m not serving my clients, I’m a proud mother, community leader, and creative entrepreneur building legacy-driven brands across mental health, events, and collectibles.
